“Will this unit work with passive speakers, or just powered speakers?”

• It works with passive speakers. I use it to prevent running wires across the room to my small Polk rear speakers.

• It works with passive speakers. Basically, it includes a receiver with adjustable volume that the speakers will connect to. Work great so far.
