Yes you can, I originally bought 2 for my front & surround speakers. Since they had to wired to my amplifier by speaker cable I only used one for the surround speakers & left the front speakers connected the traditional way!

This kit was designed to be used with one system.

I don't really know. The device is designed to operate two speakers, left and right. I suspect that two sets would be operating on the same channel and would interfere with each other. I recommend that you contact Rocketfish before try to do that.
