• No, you cannot plug this kit into a TV. Try to use a Bluetooth transmitter that supports 2 devices to hook up 2 soundbars.

• You will hook this up to the speakers side. This device is more meant for having a receiver or an external amplifier. Unless you have a red and black speaker port behind your tv which I highly doubt you do.
