• Yes! It depends on the phone your using or if you have 4g hotspot device that's all its just like a wifi router just download and upload speeds are slower. Like I said depends on your phone any phone like a SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 will do the trick, Specially for rooted users. Just make sure you have all your bars on your connection. And if it has 5 Ghz you get less buffering for videos witch is good
