• Probably not but try this website...http://mkvxstream.blogspot.com/2015/04/roku-private-channels-2015-roku.html It lists all Roku Channels even ones not listed on the Roku. If your local channels are listed on here, then you might be able to see it. But probably not.

• Some areas have Roku channels. I just searched for Phoenix stations and the only one available is KPNX. You're better off getting an antenna if you want local stations.
