I have not had any problems with dropped signals with this unit. I have an excellent router though that has 5g service. Make sure your router placement is central to everything in the house.

I had problems with the Roku stick but Premier player works well for me. I did read that if the device overheats it will lockup. Do make sure not to put it near a heat source.

I use the 'Premier' model and have not had any slow down or stopping problems. I would not purchase the 'stick' model! If you want a strong signal make sure the Roku is close to the WIFI device and it isn't blocked by doors, walls, or furniture. My Roku is about 8 feet from the WIFI transmitter with no obstructions and it works fine.

I have had this route and robust 1 2 and 3 and have never had that problem. Maybe it's your Internet company or your router.

I have Roku 3 and finally let Cox have its way with me by going with their version of modem-Wifi combo. Pretty stable signal after that.

I do not own the Roku stick. Do own both firesticks from Amazon. I do prefer the stand alone over the sticks. At least the latest of stand alone, Premier media has not been an issue for drop outs.

Unplug the TV and your Roku that resets all. Oh and plug your Roku to another HDM1 slot.gd luck ✌
