Great streaming device for even a beginner! Easy to navigate. Cutting the cord soon!

The Roku Premiere turned out to be even better then I expected. Very easy to set up and the picture quality is outstanding. Remote is also very simple to use. Bought it to watch my NHL package on television, and the reception is well beyond what I hoped for. Great Product!!

I am so happy with my roku! My comcast/xfinity bill was reaching rediculous amount of over 220 per month! So I did a lil research, and actually purchased an amazon firestick first, but knew within the first day of set up it wasn't for me. So, I returned it with no problems and purchased roku premiere instead. Easy peasy set up, couldn't be happier, highly recommend, and most of all- bye bye to that expensive cable bill!

Gave the ex wife the Apple TV as I was tired of the sensitivity of the touch remote and I was picking up a 4K tv which our Apple TV at the time didn’t support. Plus with DirecTv Now, it kept changing the channel every time I picked up the remote. I enjoy the Roku’s button mechanics as it keeps from accidental channel changing. The apps are no different then Apple TV’s and the price for the box is half that of Apple TV and supports 4K TV resolution. I’m completely satisfied the experience with my Roku box.

Ive owned several streaming devices from a firestick to a an apple tv. The roku was very easy to set up. The remote felt sturdy and solid in my hand, and it does 4k streaming while my firestick didn't I had to have a more expensive fire tv. The picture quality with the 4k streaming is really good as well. I also used it to watch Spectrum Tv and the picture quality is stunning. I had this unit hooked up to a 4k tv and was very pleased with the quality

I should have bought this Roku Premier years ago. It works great and is very fast. I have an older Sony Smart TV and the video streaming is very slow to the point we would just rent a movie instead of steaming. I would recommend the Roku to anyone wanting to have a device that works great and is easy to install and use.

Up and running quickly, easy to configure. Runs the free content with little to no buffering on my 15Mbps (on a good day, usually slower) connection. Ran a free trial of Sling TV and all worked well for the trial period. Dropped Sling for now, but will probably reconnect once I cancel my satellite provider.

The ROKU Premiere is my first ROKU device and have been very pleased with its performance and simpliity of using it. Prior to this purchase, I had been using either my BluRay player or my laptop for streaming movies to my television. What a difference! I thought I would need a teenage grandson to assist with the installation, but finally decided to do it myself and had no problem at all. The speed is amazing. Movies seem to start instantly. So many free channels available, in addition to the paid services. I am using it with a cable internet service at 50 mbps. Since I do not need the features of the higher priced ROKU devices, this Is the perfect streaming device for my use. I would definitely recommend it.

I have an older Samsung smart tv and many of the apps have been deleted so thats why i bought my ROKU premium....It has sooo many apps and most I didnt have on my tv like cbs all access, showtime anytime etc....I highly recommend it...and i can use my iPhone 7 as the remote as well...truly amazing

Nice navigation setup and easy to use. Only issue I've had is sometimes I can't open apps like sling, YouTube, Netflix. After I restart the roku then I can usually open them. Not a big problem as restarting is quick Love the ultra hd streaming. I have a fire stick so wanted to try a roku. If i had to choose beteeen the two I think I'd pick the fire stick.

There are times when I get intimated when trying to set up a new system. This Roku unit works great! We were adding Sling Orange (for $20/mo) so we could cord cut cable ... and this unit was just perfect. The Roku unit works great with our Sling and Netflix.m subscriptions.

We have an older version Roku and have enjoyed it for a couple of years, but when we decided to dump the dish product and go to streaming I wanted to be sure we had the top of the line Roku. This has fit the bill. Super easy to install, fast, crisp picture. Recommend.

Great Device - This is my 2nd one; I was so impressed with my 1st I bought a 2nd one. It’s easy to use. Remote control has ALL the features that you usually find on a CD player. Even marks episodes that you’ve already viewed.

So far I have enjoyed my roku. I have streamed pandora and I heart radio while cleaning helps and goes faster with music in the background. Hulu is nice although didn't like that they are not up to date with survivor. :( cheaper than cable for sure! I use it everyday!!

Since I dropped my cable subscription three years ago, the Roku has been essential for media streaming. This is actually the third Roku that I have owned over the last six years and this one lives up to all my expectations. Fast and easy setup, especially if you are replacing an older unit. Quality is A+, both of components and streaming. Price is a great value at $70. I have zero complaints about this unit and highly recommend it for cord cutting.

After cutting the cable in the house, we finally needed to the living room. This Roku player has great storage options, and moves faster through different programs. The picture quality is great and while we don't have a 4k TV right now, this unit will easily adjust to it. The remote has become easier and lighter to use, wish it still ran off radio signal so you didn't have to be directly in line with the player but it's still a great interface.

I have owned 2 or 3 other Rokus over the years, the last being Roku 2. That one was a bit slow and I decided to get a newer version mostly for speed. After reading reviews I decided on the Premiere model. One ad I read said the Premiere came with headphones. When I got home from Best Buy, my new streamer had no earphones, which was disappointing. However, the Premiere is wonderful: fast, easy to use, and provides superior quality for streaming.

Love my Roku! My Premiere Streaming Media Player was an easy setup. I choose this model to work with my HD smart TV. The picture is awesome. Don't miss cable at all.

I bought this on a recommendation from a friend, just to see if it was as great as they claimed. So far, I'm quite pleased. The device doesn't take up much room at all and is VERY easy to set up. And there are so many channel choices that it's almost a tad overwhelming. Outstanding picture quality with simple menus to navigate. And we've already tried moving it from room to room - just plug and play, it's that simple. The other nice feature is the Roku app. Download that to your phone, and the phone becomes a remote with all the same functions/features as the one that's included in the box. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cable alternative.

Love how fast the ultra is also like the remote control with the on and off switch buy it don’t hesitate i love it i will buy 2 more for 2 more tv.
