Great little streaming box at a good price. I primarily use it to stream Amazon, Youtube, and some TV station channels like the CW. I think Roku by far has the most compatibility with streaming apps on the web since they're one of the early players in the market (compared to Apple and Amazon). Very easy to use and set up. This model has enough features to keep it from being obsolete for a while (it does 1080p and 4K), and I opted for this model instead of the next model up since I didn't need HDR, an ethernet port, an SD card slot, or a remote with a mic, all features that the Premiere+ had.

I needed to get a newer ROKU because I needed to get HULU live tv going so I decided on this model of ROKU. I does a wonderful job of streaming my live content. I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about cutting the cord to cable tv.

I love the new quad core processor in the new roku 4 it is much faster then its predecessor the roku 3 and surely take and work faster keeping movies flowing a lot better. Id definitely recommend this streaming player.

I love the Roku and the options it has. We bought it so we could watch pureflix. I had already researched Pureflix and knew the monthly subscription fee of 10.99 with the first month free. Imagine my surprise when I started to join through the Roku and saw it was 14.99 and no free first month. I exited out, created a pureflix account online and then simply signed in to my pureflix account on roku. Be careful when joining because Roku upcharges and becomes the billing agent instead of the channel you purchased. They do require a credit card too but I love having the different options if we ever decide to get rid of cable. The box is easy to use and set up. Three stars because I was almost duped out of a free month and four dollars more a month for Pureflix.

I first starting using roku years ago and haven't stop even with a smart tv. It's easy to navigate through the menu. Just add the channels/apps that u want to use. Huge selection from tv to music and games. The thing I like most about roku is it's not associated with anyone, u get Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and all the rest of big names apps to watch, listen and play. U lose the remote u can download the roku app to ur phone ( would recommend it anyhow) more features then the remote.

Easy to setup and use. Tons of apps and great picture on my flatscreen. I've had it for almost a month with no problems.

I got this to move my old roku 3 into the bedroom and since this supports 4k. Just as easy to use and works great.

I love the fact that I can use it to cast.Also, I watch any movies or tv shows that I want without the hassle of over paying like cable. The downside is that it does not come with earphones.

I only have one negative thing to say, ROKU PUT AN OFF SWITCH ON THE BOX! Other than that it is perfection. It loads apps quickly, is very responsive, even when I moved it to the far end of our home it picked up the wifi signal solidly. It's a streaming box, so I'm not going to complain about no previous channel button for when you're on DirectvNow/SlingTv, it would be ridiculous is they tried to make a remote to cover all the different aspects of every streaming app out there. It works, it's quick, so don't mess it up!

Bought this newer model to be able to access the Roku channel, however the channel was not yet available - should be available soon. No problems with set up and use of equipment.

After I purchase the Roku player, I turned off my cable and return my cable box. I am able to stream all the channels that I want to with this box and not have to pay anything.

This is the best streaming device period.. One thing I did not no when I bought it, is you can plug head phones into the wireless remote ,which has its own volume control.

This had a great price point, easy setup and preloaded apps with lots more available to add.

I initially purchased this so I could watch the forthcoming Star Trek Discovery on CBS All Access. After mentioning this to a friend, I was told to check out Playstation Vue, which in the LA area offers all its channel packages in real time. It works beautifully - at half the price of my DirectV package. Hence, I am now a cord cutter. You can't go wrong with Roku. Easy setup, excellent quality picture and sound.

Love the Roku, .easy to navigate menu, initial setup instructions, fun themes for home page. The Roku Express was delivered fast! so many choices to choose from in the array of streaming channels and most are free! Enjoy.

Roku has made it simple to transition away from cable or satellite. This product gets great reception, almost no buffering, and a clear picture. Works great!

I’ve owned this Roku for over two years and it gets used nearly every day. Picture and audio quality is excellent, the remote is intuitive and responsive, and the price is just right. The major advantage of owning a Roku is that nearly all streaming services are available. Amazon Prime Video and Google Play on the same box, the way it should be!

This was a good purchase for the price. It seems to be faster than the old Roku stick. The upper models have HDR, this one does not. Not too noticeable.

My son recommended I get the ROKU since I always had a hard time getting into Netflix with the XBOX remote. This is so easy my grand kids can do it Netflix and Hulu are actually buttons on the remote you push and your there. There are also free channels you can register for and use that show movies and shows its not all pay channels and also you can log into your Pandora or you tube.
