No, Kodi can't be downloaded on Roku devices BUT you can use APPS available on the channel lineup to introduce specific info to access content on the web just like Kodi does. Roku provides endless channels content and adding constantly more, YOU WON'T MISS OR NEED KODI for sure. YouTube has many tutorials and info on how to add channels not available on the ROKU lineup and how to add info on the APPS that allow access to Kodi-like channels.
