• I have used my jet pack to tether my roku . I believe a cellphone in Mobile hotspot should work as well.

• Good question; I'm not sure of the answer, but you'll need to be able to stream at pretty high rates, so I kind of doubt the phone can sustain the streaming requirements. My internet speed is 50 megabits, and that is good enough to stream movies and live broadcasts. Do you know what speed your cell phone can run?
