The installation was simple - it helps to look up Youtube videos on how to install. Also, the remote controls controls the Roku programs, as well as the TV, such as turning on the TV, selecting the programs and raising/lowering the volume. The TV remote is not required!

I purchased the Roku Streaming Stick in order to utilize Netflix on a “non-smart” TV that we have owned for awhile. The setup was easy and using the stick and remote-controll is a snap. I love having the ability to have additional viewing options.

Easy to setup. Once you setup product, you can transfer it to any tv in the house. I can use it on my smart tv and a regular hd tv. It gives you options during setup to add your favorite channels which is very convenient. I added YouTube tv. It's only $70/month compared to $150/month for AT+T U-verse. The only issue is if you have a wall-mounted tv, because there's not much circulation, the device may overheat after a few days. My advice is to unplug it from the wall outlet whenever you're not using it. It will start right up whenever you plug it back in.

Easy install, user friendly,got my friend to buy one. No more high cable bill. Free movies on Roku and free Tubies movies too. This little gem helps save money and is fun entertainment. Travels easily too. :)

There’s nothing wrong with this Roku, I just prefer the Firestick. I recently cancelled my Directv so my daughters wanted the Roku for our new streaming service. I don’t like the preselected buttons or the cloth tag sticking out of the bottom. Again there’s nothing wrong with the way it operates, it’s just my personal preferences.

This shipped quickly and I love the play by play on the shipment so I understand exactly where it is and when it arrives. Product works great and a decent price. I just wish it had worked correctly with my ibotta app so I would have gotten a few bucks back.

I never used anything like this, even though we still have cable I use these on TV's that don't get used much. Pretty easy to use, and I am not that tech savy

Appreciate mostly the convenience of the voice feature and TV volume & mute control. Easy to set up as well. Highly recommend for non-techy consumers.

We like the new remote bc you can adjust the volume and turn tv off but for some reason it keeps freezing up. Not sure if it’s the stick or internet connection.

I brought the roku streaming stick which works out very well for what I like to view on TV without the high cost that cable TV brings.

I am technically challenged but this was so easy to set up.

Item pictured is NOT item received. Though the lead details note "voice remote with TV power and volume" are absolutely correct and dynamic, we chose this specific ROKU stick of the 6 available at Best Buy due to the PICTURED app streaming buttons ON the remote itself. However, when we received the item, the app streaming buttons were different - for other streaming services we don't use... so waste of space, and loss of convenience, versus what we expected. When we contacted Best Buy Chat, they noted, respectfully, that we received the "Streaming stick with voice remote with TV power and volume", without support for any remote features as pictured. So, beware that the picture of the item may NOT be what you get. Otherwise, the ROKU functionality works just fine.

Enough to see lots Of series and movies, i have the roku premier and see the same programs and series with this.

My previous generation Roku streaming stick was very slow and required me to use a separate TV remote for TV power and volume functions. This new Roku stick is super fast and has the TV power and volume functions built into the Roku remote! Everything is faster - it even powers on faster! This new Roku stick includes a feature that automatically detects your TV type and sets it up for you so that the power and volume controls work correctly - super easy! No more looking up codes to try and match TV models. Very pleased with this new Roku stick - highly recommended.

Roku is the best streaming option period. It’s small, quick, works well with all companies, has the most apps, and the best remote control (the one with power and volume buttons). I take this with me on trips, plug it into the hdmi and usb which is on the back of every tv and I’m good to go. Oh yeah it’s also cheap, well made and very compact.
