With the right service. My $35 DirectTV package does provide the four networks. If you have access to a cable package, you can likely power up the network APPs.

You will be able to download the apps for the networks but they don't give you the "broadcast TV experience" you're probably looking for. Without cable, you will need to install some type of antenna hooked to your TV for your local channels.

Depends on which streaming service you use. DirecTVNow provides the networks you cited in my area, but I believe that varies depending on where you live. The streaming services' web sites show what networks are available. If you want to view a local PBS station, an OTA antenna will be necessary.

Some networks have apps that you can download to your Roku device. Also, if you subscribe to an internet TV service (Sling TV, Direct TV Now, Playstation Vue, You Tube TV, etc.), you can find packages that include the network channels and watch them trough Roku.
