“Everything works good except the remote. The TV control of sound, voice and on/off do not work. How do we get this installed? This says premium but seems the same as the lower cost version we have on another TV.”

If you are having problems setting up the voice remote go to Roku.com for guidance. I have both my voice Roku turns on and off my TV. This feature works well
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The problem that I have with my first Roku is I have to take out the batteries and reinstall them in order for this Roku to work or change channels often. It's a pain but that's how it works for me. This newer ones don't have the same problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The remote is tuned into the first TV, but when you set it up on a second TV neither the sound or the on/off will work. If the Roku didn’t work the 1st time you tried it, it either was defective or it had been used by someone else on anther TV.
