The Roku has a Sling app, so I would assume so.

We chose Roku because it works well streaming Sling. We had other devices before that and they would not take the Sling APP. We had a sweet, single tray Sony bluray player with streaming capabilities, a PS3, a Vista based PC, and a Kindle, all of which would NOT take the Sling APP. My wife's new computer was the only device that would play Sling - after I subscribed to it! I found out that Sony has a competing service and I suspect that explains a few things. Anyway, I have a new computer and we have bought 2 Roku devices for streaming Sling and Netflix. Roku works very well (both on WIFI). We needed to upgrade our ISP for our visiting family's smartphones so streaming Netflix is easy. Even with my wife's laptop using WIFI internet. At the same time, I am using "wired" internet with my computer as well. In summary: Sling is not supported by many devices or older computers, but the Roku units work well. Our Roku streams reliably on WIFI and works well with 2 other computers online at the same time. If you are city, you may want a Roku that can be hardwired with Ethernet cable. Pay attention to descriptions and pictures to get the features you want. We are rural and have no interference with WIFI, but we certainly don't have access to rocket speeds either. Hope that helps! P.S. My upgraded Sling service and my Netflix service together are less than $50/mo. In addition, we have an outdoor TV antenna, which, even living very rural, brings in more than 50 channels!

The TIVOs will record over the air digital signals and do some streaming channels (Netflix, Hulu, and many more), just not Sling. I have used the Roku devices and Sling to replace the cable channels I watch and antennas in the attic to replace the local channels. I subscribed to the 300MB internet service, but you can get away with less. The Roku devices I bought seem to also do 4K SUHD very well.
