I have the same issue though I bought mine at reverbD O Tcom and they wont do anything for me about it. Im very XXX about this. For most users ive seen swapping the usb out fixes things but mine has never worked on any computer and with any cable. Do me a favor and send reverbDOTcom an email saying there is this guy out there named ethan who is a telling his story of being missdealt by them! then get in touch with the manufaturer of your mics tech supp00rt and ask for James and tell him ethan says he (james)helped yet another buyer of this mic a year ago who got theirs at best buy and none of us know if he ever fixed it. and that ethan is sad at reverb.com and wants samsons help because their mic is d e *e c t i v * !
