- Answer I have verified it's the cable. I used my printer cable and it works fine. This is a recurring problem. Don't know if it's specific to Best Buy or not but this is the only place I seen the issue reported.

- Answer This is probably due to the input and output sample rates not being set to the same setting. Change in the microphone properties tab, then select the advanced tab.

QuestionWill the mic work with ps4 or Xbox because I use ps4 and i have no computer but I do want a good quality mic for my playstation and my mic I'm using right now is just a headset microphone and it broke, reason why I want the g-track is because I do singing

- Answer Hello, Thank you for contacting Samson Technologies. The best way to do this would be to connect into the 1/4 Line Input on the back of the G Track Pro. Connecting into this point would allow both your microphone and music to come into the same source. You will need a 1/4 to 1/8 adapter most likely to connect the iPod into the G Track Pro. QuestionI plugged mine in and downloaded the information however it is not working and there is no number to call for help. Does anyone know what might be the issue? I am using Windows. the downloaded information says there is no device connected.

- Answer I had the same problem. The mic does not seem to work with the supplied USB cable. I had an extra one lying around, but this issue needs to be addressed.

QuestionThe headpone jack on this doesnt work? No matter what headphones i plug into the mic, the sound is awful. Static, robotic voices, someones only 1 ear plays, etc. Is this a faulty mic or a wrong setting? I have to mess with the jack to get sound sometimes
