Logitech - Yeti GX Wired Supercardioid Dynamic Gaming Microphone with LIGHTSYNC RGB Lights - Black

Hello? Do I have your undivided attention? No? …Psssh. Yeah, I do. You’re still reading, aren’t you? So, the Logitech Yeti GX does exactly what I bought it to do: it makes me sound like I actually know what I’m doing. The downloadable app gives you a ton of extra features, which is great for streaming, Discord, and generally pretending you’re a professional content creator instead of someone yelling at their teammates. Important note: The mic arm shown in the photos is sold separately. Don’t buy the mic and then stare at the box wondering where the arm went. Ask me how I know. It’s USB-C, so setup is ridiculously easy. Plugged it in, and my computer immediately recognized it. No ritual sacrifices. No driver hunt. No screaming at Windows. Just plug in and go. And apparently, it’s built like a tank. One time I got angry, threw the dang thing across the room, and… IT STILL WORKED. Absolutely insane. Logitech apparently designed this thing with PVP crash-outs in mind. Overall? Great mic, easy setup, tons of features, and apparently capable of surviving my emotional instability during competitive gaming. Worth it. Just buy the thing. Your Discord friends deserve to hear your rage in high definition.

I have tried many different types of mics whether it be one through a headset or a wireless one. This one though has got to be one of the best and most versatile mics for a PC setup that I have ever had! It is super easy to set up as well just plug it in update the software and you're good to go! It sounds so clear when I record videos and stream, I highly recommend getting this mic.

Very good microphone, great quality, can adjust colors at any time you want with the software, change mic volume very easily, easily to mute yourself and unmute. Would very much recommend this mic, especially for gaming / calls.

tl;dr High quality mic with easy setup and integration. You should probably get a boom arm for the best experience. This is a really good product that’s built well and does what it should. Ideally, you need to be inside of 2 feet from the mic for it to sound the best for listeners, but it does work when you’re further away. The gain control and clipping LED on the gain wheel are nice touches. Makes tweaking the sound a breeze on the fly. As always, Logitech LEDs look beautiful and have a nice glow without being crazy. Using G Hub helps fine-tune all those little details that you sometimes worry about for your audience. Works well with all my apps and games. My only “complaint” is that I need to get a boom arm so I can get the mic in a more consistent location so it’s close enough to sound the best. Real happy so far.

The microphone is fantastic and its compatibility with other Logitech software is fantastic. Easy to set up and configure. Highly recommend.
