The microphone is fantastic I cannot tell you how many times I’ve joined VC and someone has complemented me on my mic quality. With that being said, I question some design decisions made here. On the mic boom arm: The “opposing threaded nut” adjustment configuration they decided to go with is super unintuitive and will get so tight you need channel locks to loosen it up. The joints are awful, The boom arm has super strong springs in it to the point that the joints have to be so tight that you will actually break the twist knob you use to tighten it, this will then lead to the joint literally exploding. Pictures attached. Again the mic quality is fantastic but the boom arm is awful.

This is definitely one of the better USB Microphones out there, including the fact that it comes with a boom arm as well. Logitech delivered a masterpiece with this combo by throwing the Yeti GX onto a boom arm and delivering a nice combo of products to bundle at a lower price compared to buying them separately. The microphone quality is absolutely amazing and the Logitech G Hub application allows total control over your equalizers and effects put onto your voice. An absolute 10/10, but definitely worth a buy when it's on sale. The ease of use is getting only a 4 star rating however as it does have it's cons with the boom arm, it doesn't give full maneuverability as I'd like, but it's still a good build. Additionally, in the boom arm itself it has cable concealers built into it.

The microphone was great but the boom arm would not cooperate at all, so I ended up returning after contacting Logitech they looked up the serial number and said I had a defective one, advised me to return it where I bought it from. So in no way was the fault with Bestbuy at all. I returned this and bought the Yeti GX without the boom arm, then bought a separate boom arm.
