“I plugged mine in and downloaded the information however it is not working and there is no number to call for help. Does anyone know what might be the issue? I am using Windows. the downloaded information says there is no device connected.”

I had the same problem. The mic does not seem to work with the supplied USB cable. I had an extra one lying around, but this issue needs to be addressed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have verified it's the cable. I used my printer cable and it works fine. This is a recurring problem. Don't know if it's specific to Best Buy or not but this is the only place I seen the issue reported.
