• YES it does I stream with it everyday just make sure mixer has a USB input is all

• It is not an XLR microphone, it requires a USB connection. But, there are digital mixing boards for the computer, (like VoiceMeeter Banana), and I use them both together all the time.

• It is not designed for that, but you could buy or build a cable to connect the headphone output to a line level input on a mixer, and you would get reasonable results. Remember that you would still need to power the mic through the USB.
