Can this be used in a Karaoke speaker? null

I think you should be able to use it for Karaoke. You would need to hook the mic up to your computer and then hook your speaker up to the microphone jack (standard headphone jack). If you can't hook it up to your microphone then you would have to have a way of hooking it straight to your computer. I think the first way would be the easiest to accomplish.

It is a USB mic, requiring an intelligent host. So, if your Karaoke box uses an XLR or 3.5mm jack mic then this will NOT do the job for you.

It cannot. This microphone is designed for use with a PC/Mac and connects via USB. It does allow input to the mic from a RCA source but not output.
