  • QuestionThere was a plastic film adhered to the inside of the door when new. It was coming loose, so we peeled it off. Now any food splatter or spray goes THROUGH the metal grate and messes up the door and we can't get to it to clean it. Is there a way? Safety?

  • QuestionI can’t seat the bottom of the glass tray on the coupler since I removed it for cleaning. No directions were provided in the owners guide for MG11H2020CT. I used the roller rings as indicated. I can’t take it back to BestBuy because it’s too heavy

    • Answer Assuming you meant that you removed the glass plate for cleaning, you simply need to place the glass back into center, then gently turn the plate until it falls into the preset grooves on the plate.

  • QuestionThank you Gaby for your precise answer to my question. Thing is, I thought the whole point of ceramic was to AVOID Teflon type coatings. So this crispy plate becomes useless to me. Is there any way to intercept one BEFORE it gets the Teflon coating?

  • QuestionSpecifications say it has a ceramic plate. The Owners Manual says (p. 20) it has a Teflon layer . . . seriously? Is that a misprint, or maybe intended for a different model? Chemical sensitivities are the reason I went for ceramic, defeats the purpose!

The approximate interior, functional room for food (taking into consideration the turntable and grilling element) is a little over 7 inches tall, 13.5 inches wide, and 13.5 inches deep. The removable grill rack for grilling food on top of stands 4.5 inches tall, is circular, and has a diameter slightly under 10.5 inches.
