“I can’t seat the bottom of the glass tray on the coupler since I removed it for cleaning. No directions were provided in the owners guide for MG11H2020CT. I used the roller rings as indicated. I can’t take it back to BestBuy because it’s too heavy”

• Assuming you meant that you removed the glass plate for cleaning, you simply need to place the glass back into center, then gently turn the plate until it falls into the preset grooves on the plate.
