It comes with the mounting hardware and a charcoal filter kit. The filter kit can be used to recirculate the air when not using a wall or roof vented exhaust system. It also come with templates to tape on rear wall and top cabinet or shelf, to help with alingm3nt of mounting holes and keeping the unit level and square.

Please try again later.Yes, it comes with mounting hardware - however, you might want to also have on hand some toggle bolts (that you supply) in case you don't find wall studs into which the lower mounting plate is anchored. Also, if you are using the non-venting option - the one where you insert the charcoal filter behind the front, top grill - you should install that filter BEFORE you hang the unit. This is because you need open space to the left of the unit to slide that black, plastic grill to the left in order to remove it for access to the location where the charcoal filter gets inserted.
