“Hi. The installation instructions for the wall mounting bracket refer to holes A, B, C. On the diagram I see holes A and B. But not C. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help!”

Hi Eli, No, you aren't missing anything. Hole C should be located in the middle of the wall plate. I have shared the installation guide of this model below.
