Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to ensure you select it and you will see it as a separate purchase. I was charged 139.99 for the install and removal of boxes and plastics. I paid an additional $29.99 to haul away the old microwave. Just a heads up it is not a Best Buy "Geek Squad" team member. They have contracts with local contractors. They are really efficient, I order two appliances and both times the same team came out. Well worth the investment to have it done right and peace of mind should something go wrong you can call and have them resolve it.
