What are the exact sizes of the screws needed for the mounting on top of the microwave through the cabinet bottom? I made the mistake of buying the floor model - no directions and not one of the screws fit the top to secure to my cabinet bottom. Thanks

We did the same thing. I ordered both from the company. Just be ready with the model number. You can get a template too!

I don't have the exact sizes of the mounting screws and hardware, but if you call 800-SAMSUNG, an agent can assist you in ordering the kit (part #DE92-90505E) that contains the hardware needed. In addition, the user manual and installation guide can be downloaded from Samsung's website. - Ms. Samsung
