• I had the same issue. The delivery company was a third-party that was more than willing to charge me $175 to create an outlet. In less than 5 minutes, the outlet was in place and my card was swiped. The $175 fee is not set by Best Buy and my payment did not go to Best Buy. When the delivery company contacts you, ask about the conversion
