• A:Answer Page 10 of the manual says... 1. Press the Power Level button for 3 seconds. 2. Use the number buttons to enter the current time. You need to press at least three numbers to set the clock. For example, if the current time is 5:00, press 5, 0, 0. The display will show: 500. 3. Press the Power Level button. 4. Use the Power Level button to select AM / PM. 5. Press the OK/START button. 6. A colon appears indicating that the time is set.

Q: QuestionHow many lights, what kind and wattage are the cooktop lights for the Samsung?

• A:Answer I just bought this microwave last month. The cooktop lights are 20 watt halogen lights, that have the two pronged type fittings, not your normal screw-in bulbs that older microwaves has. They run very hot, and are a soft-white color. Luckily, I was able to find some LED replacements on Amazon, that are bright white, and are actually cool to the touch.

• A:Answer No, it has the vent exit options, too the rear, upwards in the back into a hood chimney, or out to the front. You'll have to reverse the blower but the instructions are simple and includes.

• A:Answer There are different dimensions for this unit posted in different websites. For the purposes of installing it, it is not as large as most sites indicate. It fit perfectly in the spot and bracket for my old GE that was 29 7/8" wide, 16 3/8" high. This unit is about 15 1/4" deep to the face and 17 1/2" deep including the handle. I had to trim a couple of the tabs on the GE wall bracket with my dremel tool, but that was easier than changing the bracket since the tile man who did my backsplash had semipermanantly grouted the old bracket in place. I also needed to drill new holes above the microwave for the bolts that go into the top.

• A:Answer I have great news for you! This model does have an option to turn the sound on/off. To do this, you'll need to enter the settings menu by pressing and holding the "0" button for about 3 seconds. Next, you'll need to tap the number "3" to select the sound feature. Next, press either "1" to turn the sound on, or "2" to turn the sound off. Finally, tap the "OK/START" button to set the option. ^Jecca

Q: QuestionIs the vent a recirculating vent or a conventional vent? What is the CFM rating on the vent? I need a minimum of 400 CFM, will this provide that?
