    • Answer I believe it does, but it may not be available in store. You may want to check with a store associate regarding wait time and availability if it is. I believe the colors are white, black, and stainless. It's a fantastic unit so far.

    • Answer Hello, if there is, then I haven't found it yet either!!! I have the same problem, cooking / heating food takes WWWWAAAAYYYY longer than it should, plus other weird things ab out it (as I've mentioned in my lengthy formal Best Buy review) I've owned this microwave for a year and HATE IT. I'm sorry that my response is not really answering your question and providing a solution. My response to your posted question is my sincerest deepest attempt to prevent someone (even if it's just 1 person I can save) reading this, into buying this junk microwave. Anyone who is thinking about buying this microwave, should NOT! Seriously, pick a different one.

Regarding your concern, here are the details for the mounting. • The space between the cabinets must be 30˝ wide and free of obstructions. • This microwave oven is for installation over ranges up to 36˝ wide. • If you are going to vent your microwave oven to the outside, see the Hood Exhaust Section for exhaust duct preparation. • If installing the microwave oven beneath smooth flat cabinets, be careful to follow the instructions on the top cabinet template for power cord clearance. • Maximum cabinet depth above and beside the unit is 12˝ I suggest you check this link to your installation manual for assistance. This is still pretty hot for such a low wattage bulb. This is enough to get burned if you're not careful, so use caution when replacing the halogen bulb.   • QuestionOur less than two years old Samsung microwave has started randomly throwing a C-10 error code. What can be done to clear it? Unplugging works but it comes back when using reheat, popcorn and veggies settings, so far.
