Subwoofer does not work null

If auto pairing did not work, did you try to manually match up?

Sub woofer works OK but it does not provide booming effect.

Once you have plugged both the sound bar and the subwoofer to the wall, then turn on both units. The subwoofer will be in standby until it gets the signal from the soundbar. After the soundbar is on then you need to press the subwoofer button and change for lower or higher sound. That should work.
