“I have paired by Samsung Smart TV with my soundbar using bluetooth! When I turn my TV off and turn it back on, the soundbar has to be paired with the TV all over again! Is there a way so that the TV and the soundbar will turn on and off at the same time”

There is a special plug (Optical Cable) to plug in back of Samsung sound bar and back of Samsung TV. It's work great and I had it about 2 or 3 weeks now and I have no problem.
