“The top part of this fridge is if I want just fridge it won’t get any colder than 42 degrees. I can’t get any answers from Samsung. They need service people that can talk better English. I can’t understand them. Fridge is not even 2 months old. Very mad”

I'm happy to help with this, Dave! The top section (freezer) is actually a convertible zone. This means, you can use the freezer as a freezer only, set the entire refrigerator, including the freezer to Fridge mode, or turn off the freezer completely to use as storage space. Page 31 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3l1Jr5X) has more details about the "freezer convert" option. ^Jecca
