Call Samsung (1-800-SAMSUNG) and say you’re calling about a fridge then press “1” for “ice maker problems” and they’ll send a tech with a kit that fixes the problem. Changes some computer components and adds some heating elements from my understanding. Should be free from what I’ve heard. If you’re curious about the special “cooling issues” menu option after the ice maker one you’ll find out all about that in a couple years. Good luck!
