This beautiful refrigerator is like having a large refrigerated and organized "closet"!! There are bins for everything....an always full and ready water pitcher (try finding that on another model!!), shelves that adjust every-which-way, an ice and water maker that is so flatten into the placement on the back of the ft door, you can still have bins on top of it!!! The drawer in the center front can hold soooo much and it flexes to what ever temperature you need it to! The refrigerator is very quiet, and being counter top depth, looks almost "built in" rather than just placed there. It is soooo pretty!! Being handleless, it blends to other appliances I still need to pick out and does not need to be "handle matched" to blend in as a matched set!! Few refrigerators have a flip covered (butter?) bin....this one does!! The freezer is big and deep, and unlike some refrigerator freezer drawers I have seen, pulls far enough out exposing the entire back depth of drawer and deep freezer bins. No reaching far....back.... into the depth of the drawer and bins that does not extend and expose all the spaces. I researched a lot of refrigerators, and this more that met all my desires and was priced better than the more expensive models that were still missing some of these features!! Best Buy was The Best of all my searching in customer service and price!! I will never shop the other places again when Best Buy has all the best choices, prices and customer service!! The salespeople were soooo great to work with!!!! They listened to my needs, and cared!!! I was looking at other models there, and they actually took me to this model and showed me that it had all my requirements, even as I was looking at those that didn't and was I was ready to spend more to get them...and this was for less money!!!! They took care of me!!!! Not just sold a refrigerator!!!!! You will LOVE this refrigerator........and those people that will help you buy it!!!!!!!! The best of everything!!!!!!

I spent six months researching for the perfect refrigerator for our space and our lifestyle... And I looked at this refrigerator four, five maybe even six times and really wanted it but it was the most expensive refrigerator I've ever purchased. I was hesitant to spend so much until my husband said this is my favorite it's got a drawer special for our sodas are beer or wine all you have to do is open the door reach in and get a nice cold drink. after living with a refrigerator that didn't chill our beer down or are soda enough to where you didn't need ice that was the selling point. of course it had all their features that I was looking for freezer on the bottom, split doors on the top for the refrigerator, a cool down function for when you went grocery shopping and wanted to load your refrigerator, filtration system that removes 99.9% of all of the horrible things in our water, and best of all... A water pitcher that fills itself in the door which I thought "that's silly I'll never use that I've got water and ice on the door" little did I know I would use it 5, 10, 15 times a day. overall this refrigerator is fabulous and does everything I was looking for worth every penny but isn't it funny it's a little things that just throw us to death... Like the water pitcher in the door. Of course I read all the reviews it said the ice machine had problems, the pitcher on the door leaks, and of course fingerprints on the door. And yes I get fingerprints on the door who doesn't you just wipe them down that's part of owning stainless steel. But the other things that the bad review said I have not experienced. so much so that I would highly recommend this refrigerator to anyone who's looking for something to hold all their produce, keep their drinks cold, have an extra space for when you're having a party or guests over that you can put the extra platters... The best of all I didn't find after owning this refrigerator for almost a year that it was expensive at all it's been worth every penny and it brings joy to my day when I walk into my kitchen. Thank you Samsung for making such a wonderful refrigerator, and thank you Best buy you're buying experience was easy and professional and the delivery was top-notch.

So far, so good. We enjoy the counter depth, drawer versatility and water dispenser PLUS water pitcher with infuser module. The ice maker make a good amount while the physical maker is not in the way of storage. Door pockets hold plenty of beverages and condiments. The water filter is not obstructed by any food. It is center and easy to change, when necessary. The freezer frosted heavily on the preset Zero so we adjusted to 2. It is quiet and fits very well in out space. No handles sticking out is an excellent feature in the design making it sleek and minimalist. We purchased an open box so it has a few tiny dents that would likely happen in a family kitchen anyhow. We saved 1K for this purchase.

This fridge has the sleek lines I love and functionality that I needed. I have only had it for a month but everything is working as it should. I love the look without handles. The auto fill water pitcher is amazing and keeps me hydrated with infused water 24/7. Ice maker works fine but takes a bit more time to make and drop ice but I have no issue with that. I love how the flexible the storage and shelves are and extra deli drawer is perfect. Grab and go without opening up the whole fridge. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and with Best Buy, especially my sales person Julie.

Bought the fridge more than two years ago. Little background, no kids no pets. The fridge aesthetically looks great, and works well, However, everything else about it is second hand. I have geek squad and thank God for that, multiple occasions the ice maker has been freezing over or breaking, finally Samsung has a bulletin where they have to replace the ice maker, its computer and tow other parts. Whats really disappointing about this fridge the plastic trim of all the drawers is cracking and breaking. First year samsung has replaced the doors after the first year its a cosmetic issue and they don't cover it. Nor does Geek squad. Due to these reasons this fridge is sub par and i would not recommend it to anyone.

Looks nice. Works fine. The added middle drawer is different and so far we like it. Make sure doors open in whatever space you put it. The doors hit our counter top on one side and we put a small bump stop (clear silicon spot).

Have had this refrigerator for about a month. Really like it. My in the door water pitcher has not leaked at all. The flex drawer is a nice idea. Love the black stainless steel. Smudges are almost non existent and what there are of them wipe off super easily. I got the one without handles and I love that feature too. Actually helps eliminate fingerprints, and looks really sleek and modern. It looks awesome in my kitchen. Bought a whole suite of appliances. However, the counter depth doesn’t hold a lot of product. There’s only myself and my husband and there’s not really enough room for just us. Plus there is very limited space for taller items. But we have a big French door refrigerator in the garage that holds items we don’t use every day and that works for us. The sliding drawer in the freezer is cheap and not very sturdy. In spite of the negatives I do love this fridge. Love that it doesn’t stick out into my kitchen and no handles makes it look even better.

Looked at many counter depth refrigerators. This Samsung was the winner. Just the right size for my kitchen, fits really nicely. Love the sleek modern look of it and the flex door was an extra perk. Price was right in line with many of the many refrigerators I considered. Delivery was quick and installers were professional and very careful.

Best features are the counter depth and no handles which gives a sleek and flush look. The water dispenser and autofill pitcher are awesome. Get rid of water bottles.

When remodeling our lake house kitchen, which is about the size you’d find in a NYC apartment, we were forced to choose a counter depth fridge. This Samsung model gave us the most space at the best value. The flex zone really makes a difference.

This cabinet depth refrigerator looks wonderful in our kitchen. The interior is very functional and has space for all our needs. The only drawback is the fingerprints left on the exterior which is more maintenance than I anticipated. Other than that a 5

I am very pleased with my new refrigerator. One of my favorite things is that it has no handles. It is very modern looking and I don't have to worry about handles coming loose. I like the middle drawer that can be used as a wine chiller.

Excellent quality...sturdy...very sleek looking. Plenty of freezer space for a cabinet depth. I make cold brew ice tea daily in the water storage container...great feature. Plenty of storage for the two of us. Beautiful appliance.

So far we have loved this fridge. Its got alot of room, great features and the drawer has become the kids snack drawer for fruits and vegetables.

Remodeling my kitchen and went from a small ge refrigerator to this lovely side by side, bottom freezer. Loving the look. only thing I'm not thrilled about is that there is not much height space for large items like milk cartons or pitcher's for lemonade.

This is the best looking refrigerator on the market. Unfortunately, it's also the worst functioning refrigerator on the market. The ice maker had to be replaced mere months after purchasing, and it still ices up and the seal is broken, so it leaks water constantly. After 2 years, the refrigerator stopped working altogether, and we had to discard all our food. Techs have come to repair it twice in the past 3-1/2 weeks, and it's still not working. Another service call is scheduled three weeks from now, so it will be more than 6 weeks I will be without a functioning refrigerator, and that's assuming the techs will be able to fix it when they come in 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG!!! These problems are extremely common with Samsung refrigerators.

The refrigerator is quiet and very efficient. Storage bin for ice could be a bit larger.

Very nice! Lots of space and storage. I love the water pitcher inside too. Only thing to watch out for when considering for purchase is the width of the door where they hinge open. I measured the spot and the fridge was smaller than my old one but when it was installed, the doors wouldn’t open all the way cause they would hit the counter and door frame (which also causes scratches and dents). I cut my counter top to make it fit.

Did a lot of shopping around; checking ratings, prices, etc. after seeing this refrigerator in person- I knew I had to have it. Now after I have had it a few weeks, I love it even more. I have so much room & the lightening is fantastic .

We love this fridge! Not only does it look beautiful, it fits our needs perfectly. It has plenty of storage place and the extra drawer is nice for snack items so you don't have to open the fridge all the time. I love how there are separate compartments in the freezer too to keep things organized. I do wish the fruit and veggie drawers were larger as we usually have a lot of them, but it's not a major pain. Overall we have been really enjoying it!
