Thanks guys. I checked the manual as Samsung said. Control lock feature does NOT lock the dispenser, but there is apparently a lock function on the dispenser itself so the lever on the dispenser cannot be pushed in. So that is great and exactly what o was looking for. From manual, page 34: “Control Lock on the main panel does not affect the dispenser. The dispenser operates independently and so does the dispenser lever. To lock the dispenser and the dispenser lever, use the Lock function on the dispenser.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can! There is a button on the flex drawer called "Control Lock" it was explained to me that this button does that. However I can not 100% say that is true as I am awaiting delivery of mine. But again how the bestbuy employee in store explained it to me. If nobody else tries to help I can verify it for you next weekend when I receive mine the 28th!
