How do you open the ice tray to reset it? null

I found if I raised it up a little as I pulled it out it came easier. I also pushed up a little through the hole where the ice dumps into the chute. I'm hoping this is just an issue because it's new because I do have to fiddle with it a bit to get it out.

Just pull it. It may seem a little hard.
