“We just got the unit 2 days ago. It makes a constant buzz that would be called NOISE. I am wondering whether there was a break in period for folks claiming it was silent? Or what you have temps set to? We wanted silent, and seem to have not got it:(”

We have our unit set at 37 (refrigerator) and 0 (freezer). Our unit is silent.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had mine about 1 month. I love it but the water dispenser does make a noise when it clicks off. The refrigerator itself is pretty quiet but I can hear ice cubes drop. None of this really bothers me and don't feel I'd ever find a refrigerator that is completely silent. My refrigerator is set at 38 and my freezer 5. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Terrible service for Thanksgiving & Christmas. Our Samsung French door, black stainless refrigerator started making a buzz & went out. I got a repair appointment for Nev. 16. The parts were sent to our home, but I can’t get an appointment for repairman to come back. You get hooked up with a repair company, they order parts, then they cannot give me an appointment! Pacific Sales/Best Buy won’t change repair companies unless it has been 30 days. Has been horrible for Thanksgiving. Say they can’t give me an appointment even by Christmas. Pacific Sales/Best Buy contracts repairs out to many different companies, but once one company orders parts, the customer is committed to that company - for 30 days. I’m going to see about a replacement refrigerator. Was a $2,000. + refrigerator & bought our entire kitchen from them. Under warranty!
