It seems like all of the Samsung fridges that we looked at have two adjustable shelves in the refrigerator area. First - top left - the shelf folds up (be careful - the shelves are held together with a detent) - Take everything off that shelf - hold both parts of the shelf and CAREFULLY move the left side up - it will "click" out of the piece that holds it together. The other part is the lower shelf on the right side - it "slides" back to allow tall bottles to be put in the front of the fridge.
