“Why is my freezer so cold? The unit is 3 days old and the freezer is now about -20F. I have it set to the warmest freezer setting but it is not moving from that temp. The fridge is staying between 35F and 40F.”

• The warmest my freezer goes is 5.. if your freezer is freezing at -20 make sure your your little snow flake on the display screen is off. To do this you hold the freezer button til it beeps and the snowflake disappears..
