Plenty of ice made, water is always very cold. Plenty of room in the freezer. Shelves in the refrigerator have limited position slots, wish it had more options for setting the shelves. Sufficient room on the doors for bottle/ gallons storage. Good size drawers. Free delivery but what an ordeal. You get an automated call the night before, telling you the timeslot. You cannot choose what time works for you. If you want a specific time you have to pay $75. The first delivery of the refrigerator I had to refuse because the door was damage and they do not set up a new appointment until they return to the warehouse. Once I got the second refrigerator they messed up on hooking up the waterholes. I had to wait and set up a service call to have a tech come out and fix it. The delivery part is the worst Best Buy has to have more of an oversight on their contractors.

Refrigerator has a good amount of space. The side by side was selected because we were on the fence about the french door refrigerator and liked our previous side by side. We choose the normal stainless steel exterior. It's not smudge proof but much better than our previous stainless steel refrigerator from Kenmore. The only thing that I don't like it the amount of water pressure when getting a glass of water from the door dispenser. I have not checked the manual for adjustments yet.

Super nice with plenty of storage space and very quiet. Love the soft LED lighting inside and the digital control panel on the front.

Wife wasnt nearly as happy with the fridge as I expected..are 20 year old fridge was so noisy thought this one would be silent in comparison but it's not...doesnt bother me a bit...water comes out slow...besides that I love it..picky woman might not love it as much

Attractive piece, love the freezer glass shelves, lots of space for food because ice maker is on the door, love it! Love having the really easy to use digital display, water dispenser, crushed ice feature and the digital on off switch for making ice. This fridge fits in my space so much better than the previous fridge. Since a new purchase, I haven't had time to notice if produce lasts longer...if it does last longer, that will be a great feature too! I can't stop looking at it...looks so beautiful!

Great fridge for the price. The design is great and everything functions well. The door space is really good for drink and condiment storage. Bins in the fridge and freezer are great for organization. The ice maker works well and the ice is housed in the door in a detachable ice bin. Great for filling small coolers. Takes a good day to fill though.

Previous GE refrigerator gave up the ghost more or less on the 10-year anniversary mark. Chose this after looking online and then checking it out in the store. Liked that the ice-maker was in the door. Lot of room. Well thought out. Only thing that doesn't make sense is that the inside LED lights are very dim. It is like looking inside a dark cave.

Love the LED lighted freezer and the digittal temperature control. Very easy to adjust . I also like the adjustable shelves and drawers.

We purchased this Samsung fridge over a competitor brand because the in store employee told us it was the best option in our price range. What he did not mention to tell us is that Samsung fridge/freezers have a history of ice maker issues AND that the filtered water we would be getting wouldn't be completely filtered or cold. We've had a Geek Squad member out twice to see if they could fix our ice making issue and both times we were told 'that's just how this freezer is & because it's energy efficient the ice quality will suffer'. We have to get an ice pick out 3-4 times a week to break up frozen blocks in our ice maker.

Just a bit dark inside. I wish there was brighter lighting.

Excelent product quality, is very quiet, have plenty space and energy efficient.

Just what I expected! It's a bit smaller than my previous one but I'm fine with it! It's fits my needs! It's hard to fit the gallon of milk on the door trays. So if you buy those you might want to consider a different one. Just take an empty one with you when you go to the store for fridge hunting ;) overall I'm happy with it!

We searched to replace our almost 13 year old Fridgaire fridge. We went to Best Buy and they suggested the Samsung Side by side, it is beautiful and very quiet. Only thing is we cannot put our magnets, don’t want any scratches on it. So far we love it.

We were looking for another refrigerator and bumped into this open box Samsung fridge. It exceeded our expectations with the standard bells and whistles. What we liked best about it, was the energy efficient lighting. Great Buy!

Samsung make excellent products. The features on this refrigerator purchase were stellar, esp the LED Lighting and Spacious cabins.

I've now owned this fridge for about 3 weeks. So far, so good. Not quite 5 stars though. I like all of the features; it is pretty simple. It has a nice ice maker, filtered water, easy digital controls for the temperature of the freezer and refrigerator, loads of room in both sides. The few quirks: I read about some odd noises. Yes, it makes some odd noises, but they seem to be getting quieter as it is used. For example, there is a noise from the ice maker, sounds a bit like a car's starter motor for a few seconds. That noise has mostly disappeared. Someone else wrote about the freezer door requiring a push to get it to close. That too is true, the issue being caused by the ice maker motor connection (in the freezer wall) to the ice maker unit in the door. The two pieces can get out of synch. The door unit's matching part is spring-loaded so that when they are out of synch the door will still close, but it does need a little push... no big problem, and it re-synchs when the ice maker is used again. Lastly, I have had one of the shelves in the refrigerator door jump out of place if if the door is closed kind of hard. This seems to be from heavy items in the door that can slide against the edge of the shelf, like large pickle jars. Takes some getting used to. All in all, I think it is a really nice unit, and I would buy it again.
