I purchased the unit a few weeks ago. It runs very well. My only complaint is the noise level when it makes ice and draws water into the fridge. It is efficient and has lots of room for food items.

Makes food cold as advertised. Water and ice come out where and when it is supposed to. The only bad thing is it sounds like there is someone playing with a bag of marbles in my kitchen now.

Having the ice maker on the door frees up a bunch of space in the freezer. The power freeze setting really does the job, makes ice in no time, although the bucket is a little small if you are hosting a get together. Only negative comment would be about the water dispenser. The controls are easy to use and the lighting is great. But the water dispenser on the front leaks after the glass is filled and you open the door. There is no removable drip tray, and I find myself wiping the shelf about 5 times a day. Again, it doesn't leak on its own, just some water gets trapped in the line and it comes out when you open the doors or use the ice dispenser.

This refrigerator has some nice features including nice cold temperature regulation. It is relatively quiet. The water dispenser is nice and fast and the ice maker makes a LOT of ice but the ice doesn't come out fast and the ice dispenser is hard to open. The shelves are cheaply constructed and the drawers get stuck which I know will lead to broken drawers. The biggest drawback - it is dark. All of the lighting is at the back so food in the front is not illuminated.

I am a Samsung fan and this refrigerator just increased my liking for Samsung. Has a lot of room and the water dispenser works so great. And the price is so low! :)

I got this refrigerator as an open box item so I got it for a great price. Nothing was supposedly wrong with it except for a dent in the side, which would be on a wall so I didn't care. Unfortunately, our water dispenser is very slow, but I think it's because we have a well and our water pressure all throughout our house is not great. I think it's just a matter of upping the psi on our well to get the speed I want in the water line. Other than that I am happy with this fridge. I love the lights inside, it's very spacious, the water and ice feature is great, and I like the noises (not too obnoxious). It is, however, huge. This thing hardly fit in our space and it sticks out some, but it doesn't bother me. Also, be careful with guests or anyone leaning against the freezer side. A guest of ours must have been leaning against our freezer side and actually turned the fridge into factory mode, so our ice melted and came out of the dispenser, and that's how we found out we had a problem. Luckily the fridge has a speed freeze and cool option so the problem was quickly solve after a little bit of Googling. All in all, great value for the price we got.

Nice size and cools properly. Looks good. I need to have a service call though because the ice machine is making a horrible loud noise when filling from the waterline. Looked this problem up online and seems like others experienced the same issue. May be a filter housing issue? I tried some of the other DIY fixes and tests that require taking nothing apart like moving the frig forward and redoing the waterline after verifying it wasn't being pinched and had good pressure.

Bought this refrigerator because we needed a new stove and the wife wanted a set. Very pretty fridge and plenty of options. What I reallt like about it is the storage inside. We went from 26.0 cu ft to 24.5 yet it seems that we have more room in the new fridge. The only downfalls that we have experienced is the noise that the water line / ice maker makes and the constant wiping of this fridge to keep it free of smudge marks and finger prints. The water line is somewhat loud but doesn't more than a few seconds. I suppose I'll get used to it but haven't yet in the month that we've had it.

It's a darn good fridge for the price. I got it on sale so it was definitely worth it. It's very attractive, doesn't look cheap like some other value fridges. It's really big, and I'd have preferred the counter depth one, but we were trying to save money so we went with this one. Lot's of space inside. The ice machine became clogged once, but it was an easy fix with a wooden spoon. Note: if you have to preform such a fix, put something under the ice dispenser to catch the clogged ice as it comes out. But other than that, so far so good!

I bought this Refrigerator about a month ago based on Consumer Reports reviews of the step up model. One of the refrigerator handles was loose and made a noise when opening. Best Buy stepped up and ordered me a new refrigerator in which we only needed to swap out the door and problem was resolved (thus not needing to empty the refrigerator or go through initial setup process again - big bonus). Ice maker a little loud but most ice makers are loud especially when they are in the door. I like all the added space I get for groceries. So far so good. Will update if any new problems arise. Very happy so far and thank you Best Buy for stepping up and doing the right thing.

This Samsung refrigerator is a great buy. It is super quiet and does not consume much electricity. The ice maker works great (crushed & cubed). It has a sleek stainless steel finish and is easy to clean. There's also plenty of room and storage in the freezer. I'm so happy with this purchase.

Much more space than what I had before, wish the shelves had more adjustment, louder than what seemed like in the store.

I replaced my "french doors" refrigerator with a side by side and could not be happier. I did not like having to pull things out of a freezer drawer at all. I also did not like having to get the ice out of the freezer by hand. This side by side has the optional ice and water dispenser on the door. It is fantastic. Also the ice maker is in the door so it does not take up any of the storage area in the freezer. The freezer is enormous compared to the "drawer" model. The refrigerator side is also quite large and I fit much more food in this type or refrigerator. My only complaint is the placement of the shelves in the refrigerator side. They give only 2 options for each shelf. Why?! It limits where I can put things. The top shelf at it's lowest option allows for a milk carton but NOT a bottle of wine. Where do I put the bottle of wine? seems minor, but why not have options all the way down so that the buyer can design their fridge how they want? Not so much to ask for a large expense item

This is a very good refrigerator/freezer. Some minor design issues but nothing that I can't live with. For example you end up with ice and water in the tray of the door dispenser. Regardless of how careful you might be you are going to end up with little puddles of water that eventually will get large enough to spill over. I have opted to keep a dish towel nearby to wipe it off from time to time. And, if you are used to BRIGHT lights in the refrigerator they are not. There are LED lights (cooler and cheaper to operate) at the back of the fridge. If you have large items blocking the lighting from the back it can be a little annoying. And, finally the ice maker. I do like the fact that it's in the door and takes up less shelf space. I don't like that there is not an easy way to reach in and get ice cubes or that it never seems to get completely full. Most freezers have a door that you can open to get to cubes, with this one you need to tilt the entire ice maker out in order to reach verbally that sounds easy but in practice can be a little problematic as it is not hinged you just have to manage the process. And most ice makers eventually reach a point where they automatically stop making ice. I don't consider myself and my family to be overly "frosty" in our use of the ice but have not seen it get full enough to shut itself off yet. Bottom line it's a good fridge with some minor design flaws!

Just purchased this fridge for my parents and so far it is awesome! Its well lighted on the interior, plenty of space. I would recommend not buying any lessor size than 24.5 cubic ft. The water/ice front panel I wish was better designed to stand out better for which is which, otherwise its perfect. I also like the best buy extended warrantee which is at a reasonable cost, in case its needed

Great fridge lots of space. The ice maker being on the door instead of in the freezer makes a lot of space.

Has lots of room inside with plenty of shelves inside and on door. Like having the ice maker in the door, and makes nice crushed ice. Only downside about fridge is it is a little louder than my old fridge. No other issues with fridge.

The doors work great and it is very quite. Ours is in a corner so opening the doors is tight but that is a home builder issue not a refrigerator issue, but with this one the ice maker is on the door so it still provided easy access to remove the ice maker. The lighting is amazing. Many side by sides have a light bulb at the top and causes items to block the lower shelves. The light on this fridge runs the length of the back wall and is very nice. I do wish it had a drip tray for the water and ice in the door, but it really is not that big of a deal (my wife may have a different opinion). You need to wipe the outside down with just water or it streaks and finger prints are very common on it and ours was the black version one not the stainless steel. Who would have known.

Fridge is quiet and spacious. Gallon milk fits on door saving space. Also like the in-door ice maker.
