I’ve only had this refrigerator for two months, but so far I am very happy! I really liked the design of this, looks great in my kitchen, but more importantly it’s working great. Had one minor issue with a cracked shelf on the door, but I contacted Samsung and they were quick to send a replacement, even sent me an extra one too! There is so much room inside, I really like the ice maker on the door, gives me more room in my freezer. Very happy with purchase!

I wish the shelves adjusted more so that things would be easier to accommodate. The product itself is awesome. There is ton of space and room to feed my large family. The guys were awesome and helped set up everything for me. I wish the light on the fridge was a little brighter

I did a lot of research before buying a fridge. This one was highly rated by Consumer Reports. The good part is after 3.5 months, it is running well and maintaining steady temps. The bad is that for a stainless steel model, it shows smears and fingerprints clearly on the doors. Also, the right side door came with a dent and dry insulation that had oozed out of some openings in that door. Best Buy was very good about replacing the door. But after the new door was put on, the doors did not level with each other very well. And for some reason, that caused a "buzzing" sound. The Best Buy installer returned and it is better now, but it is still noticeable. At times, after we shut the left side door (freezer side) there is a moaning sound.

I bought this fridge to replace my 10 year old whirlpool and have been very pleased so far. At first my Samsung fridge was making a loud noise when water ran from the main line to the ice maker, it was really loud and lasted about 3-5 seconds. I contacted best buy and a rep there told me this was normal, I then started doing some research just to find out that most places I checked also mentioned this noise was normal. I called best buy again because if this was the case I was going to return it and exchange it for another model. The supervisor at best buy did some more research but this time by contacting Samsung. A tech at Samsung advised for me to check my water pressure but I was not sure that was the problem since best buy installed my fridge. I did a test I was not aware of when checking your water pressure. First take a glass/cup and fill it with water through the water dispenser and count for 10 seconds, after 10 seconds, stop and measure how much water filled on to glass/cup. You should have 6 Oz of water for every 10 seconds, I found out my fridge was dispensing 13 Oz every 10 seconds so my water pressure was too high. I then continue to adjust the pressure by turning the main line (in back of the fridge) off then slowly turning it on again and continuing with the water tests until I reached 6oz of water to every ten seconds. To my surprise the noise stop COMPLETELY!!! I never thought best buy would install a refrigerator without checking the water pressure. So don't panic if you are experiencing a similar situation..CHECK UR WATER PRESSURE because best buy won't. Worse case scenario, if this does not work for you, you have 15 days to return it no questions asked. I hope this helps

Got a good deal on this during Black Friday sale. We just wanted a simple but efficient ref/freezer that looks good, not too high tech. When it was first installed it was a little noisy, hearing water flowing, etc. Now it's quiet, it seems efficient. LED lighting could be brighter, spread out more. When food items cover the lights it's slightly dim inside the fridge and freezer. There would sometimes be little frost buildup in freezer, but turning off energy saver as per the manual would get rid of the frost. Water dispenser is strong and good. Every once in a while though a drop or two would fall after removing glass from dispenser. The smudge free stainless steel looks really good. Maybe because it's so new and shiny it looks like there's a large mirror in the kitchen!

Samsung refrigerators have interior shelving and drawers made of thin brittle plastic that break very easily, even with light use. They are very costly to replace. Pictured are two broken door shelves from the second set I have had to buy in three years.

This is a nice refrigerator. There is a good amount of room inside and plenty of light to see what is in it. The only downfall I have is there are a lot of drawers and I would prefer some more shelves.

Easy to store lots of food and be able to see it so that it gets used rather than hiding away until time to pitch it. Also it's easy to clean, quiet, and efficient. My main (if not only) quibble is that the controls on the thru-the-door water and ice dispenser are hard to see and confusing when you make the effort to read them. It's better than a four-star but not quite a five.

My refrigerator broke quickly and this was the only basic side by side that had deli drawer and ice maker on the door. It's working fine. The ice maker is a bit noisy but only when it drops the ice. I wish the drawers were more adjustable. It took longer than expected to receive and install. I'm ok with it but wonder if I would have bought something else if I had more time (less crisis)

So far a great product. I have had it for about a week now and so far great! The LED lights are a great feature and gets everybody's attention when they open it. The water/ ice dispenser in the front work great. First time having that on a fridge so I don't have anything to compare it to but it works for our family. Only thing I have to complain about is the water/ cubed/ crushed option are not lit up so at night you can't tell what you're selecting.

We replaced a french door fridge with a bottom freezer with this side by side when the other went out on us. There is a good amount of space in this fridge and plenty of storage on the door. We picked this model because of the price and drawer space and have been happy with the purchase. It is a little noisy at times when the ice drops or when it is cooling (I guess?). The only other thing I am not in love with is the ice dispenser. I wish the space were a little bigger for filling water bottles. Because of the angle of the spot you have to use you hand to push the lever when filling a tall container or you will end up with water everywhere. The speed and force the ice and water come out with are fine though and the water is cool compared to other products we have owned.

This Refrigerator is great, I like the new lighting inside and the ice maker. Plenty of room inside, I gave this refrigerator 4 stars because of the front panel for the selection of water and ice. I really like this product.

There is plenty of room. The drawers in the fridge and freezer are great. Plenty of space in the fridge door. The water and icemaker in door are really convenient.

pit pf box with no paperwork.... moved into new area & then they could not deliver for 5 days & needed it asap so had to move it ourselves, we did not know how to set temp's or anything so had to guess. New home with no internet set up so could not get on... also wanted to buy more appliances but delivery time was again way out. Refrig makes a lot of noise.

Pros - Water dispenses fast, lots of freezer room since the ice maker is built into the door, more energy efficient and led lighting. Cons - Stainless is hard to keep clean, more noisy than my Kenmore was and control panel does not stay lit.

I am really happy with this fridge so far. Have had it for about a month. Cools and functions well. I like the easy to use display. And the water/ice parts work nicely. The only thing I'd caution folks about is reading the manual on the display settings. We accidentally put it into some kind of demo mode and came home to melted ice one day. With a quick read we figured out how to fix it and feel confident that we won't do it again. But it should probably give you a little more warning when it goes into demo mode. I'm a little surprised that we managed to stumble into demo mode. Other than that, though, it has been a really nice fridge.

Well featured, good looking side by side fridge at a fair price. One month in, everything works fine. Stays cold, digital temp accurate. Like the overall size and placement options. Magnets stick to the front, keeps wife's magnet collection in place. Minor complaint is it can get dim when filled, the led lights are on the back only. Bigger issue for me is its noisy in 2 ways. First, the freezer door ice maker makes an occasional loud grinding noise. Rarely heard, but disconcerting when it does. Second, there is a consistent low buzz or whirring sound with the fridge. Not loud or annoying, but there. Activating the power cool feature makes it more noticeable and louder. Overall, not enough to make me call it in for service, but glad I bought an extended warranty plan.

Quality unit with great features that function well. Runs quietly. Only here ice drop every once in a while. Well lit and very spacious for a side by side

This is my second time buying this fridge. I sold my house and when I moved bought this again for the new place. It looks great with my dark cabinets and other matching Samsung appliances. I would have given it 5 stars but there are two minor annoyances. One being the ice maker is so loud you can hear it from across the house. Second is one of the drawers doesn’t really fit well on the track and I had the same problem with the first fridge I had. Other than that it’s awesome. Has plenty of space for everything you need and is as attractive as more expensive ones.

I love my new refrigerator so much bigger than my other one love the in door ice maker .
