Had the same problem. It also would turn on in the middle of the night randomly. I took mine back to Best Buy within 30 days of purchasing it.

Please try again later.Make sure you are getting water to the machine by disconnecting the water line and putting it in a pot or something , then open the water valve VERY LITTLE until the water dribbles out. If it does then the problem is in the water supply valve on the machine, make sure the shipping plug is removed from the valve where the water supply line attaches .If all this passes then take it back..
