“New Samsung DMT400RHS dishwasher- Flashing "Heavy" light During initial wash cycle, the dishwasher just did not finish the cycle, but the "Heavy" light started flashing and I cannot reset it. Tried recycle of power cord, and power switch, but cannot control the dishwasher or stop the flashing "Heavy" light. Help.”

For us, this code indicated an install issue. The samsung must be installed to your garbage disposal and not to a drain in the floor.

Samsung recommends shutting off the water valve and turning the circuit breaker to the dishwasher off, then contacting service to properly address the issue by calling 800-SAMSUNG or 888-BEST BUY.
