I have run this machine on every wash cycle option and I have to open the machine on every one just to make sure the dishes dry quickly and with little or no residue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you used the recommended drying liquid on it? It works for me and I do not have to let the door open after the washing. The only thing is that cups and glasses with a recess on top of it will never get really dry but it happens with all machines, I guess. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The DMT400 uses a fan-assisted condensation drying system that relies on the residual heat left on the dishes to evaporate the water. Opening the door too soon could cool the dishes before the water has had a chance to evaporate. Besides using the Sanitize cycle to ensure the dishes are very hot, using a rinse aid such as Jet-Dry can also help the drying process because it enables the water to run off the dishes faster. It's also worth noting that it isn't unusual for some water to remain on dishes that are made from materials that do not hold the heat, such as plastic. - Ms. Samsung
