Thank you for your interest. Samsung dishwashers do not use the built-in, hidden heating element to dry the dishes. The hidden heating element is used to heat the supplied water, as necessary, to achieve the pre-programmed temperatures during the wash cycles. The Sanitize option has the greatest impact in assisting the drying process because it raises the temperature of the dishes which results in quicker and more thorough evaporation. Samsung's fan-driven condensation drying method uses less energy for drying than a heated dry process would. The white Samsung dishwasher that is available at Best Buy is the DMT300RFW. This model features front-panel controls, quiet 51 dBA operation, 4 wash cycles and the Sanitize option, our digital leak sensor and hard food disposer. - Ms. Samsung
