A:AnswerHello Kisha! We are sorry to hear that your unit is not cooling. I have provided a few solutions to help rectify the concern.
Check if the power plug is properly connected.
• Check if the set temperature on the digital display is warmer than the freezer or fridge
inner temperature. If it is, set the refrigerator colder.
• Is the refrigerator in direct sunlight or located near a heat source?
• Is the back of the refrigerator too close to the wall, preventing proper ventilation?
I have also provided a link to help as well.

A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, davetim! If the ice maker was not connected to a water line during installation, you will need to connect this first. You can find instructions on how to do this beginning on page 11 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/3wrEUi2). If the water line has been connected but you're still not getting any ice, I recommend following the steps in this link: https://bit.ly/2TFrCji. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGreat question! No, the power freeze does not have to be on for the ice maker to produce ice. However, sometimes we do recommend using the power freeze to help improve ice production. I would also like to note that the ice maker does have a separate button that will turn the ice maker on/off. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'm happy to help with this, MO! This link (https://bit.ly/3ozjuML) can walk you through how to remove any of the shelves or door bins from your refrigerator. ^Jecca

A:AnswerHi BMBC! The water shut off valve is typically located behind the refrigerator, however it can be located in other areas of your home. Page 11 of the user manual (https://bit.ly/2Ylmlge) has instructions on how to connect the water line that should be able to help you find your home's water supply shut off valve. ^Jecca
A:AnswerHi there! I recommend checking SamsungParts.com or calling 1-800-627-4368 for information on available parts and accessories for Samsung appliances. ^Jecca
A:AnswerGreat question! The ice maker does not have a settings feature to change the amount produced. However, you can activate the Power Freeze option to increase ice production, or turn off the ice maker to pause production. ^Jecca
A:AnswerI'd like to help with this! When the icon that looks like a cup with the words "ice off" inside is lit up, the ice maker should be turned off, and not produce any more ice until it is turned back on. If it is still making ice, I recommend using the information in this link: https://bit.ly/3p3IGKB. ^Jecca
