“Hi how many pounds of ice is this ice maker supposed to make a day? I just purchased this fridge 1 day ago and it only made like 30 pieces ice on the first batch and then only 9 pieces ice second batch . I reset it and no ice .”

Hi Cele. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 17.6 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator with FlexZone™ and Ice Maker on how many pounds of ice this makes in a day, and when you reset it, there is no ice produced. I am sorry to learn you have an issue with the ice maker. Regarding your concern, the ice maker can make 10 pounds of ice a day; it's only capable of holding 2 pounds of ice at a time. Once the ice bucket is full, the ice maker will stop. I suggest you check this link to assist you with the ice maker unable to make ice.
