“We bought one of these about six years ago from Best Buy. Has Samsung fixed the issue with the evaporator drain freezing up, causing water to collect and freeze through the entire cooling element and exhaust fan so the fridge no longer cools?”

• Yes, there is now a dual cooling system that completly eliminated this issue...first question I grilled the department manager on....so much has been improved!

• Verified purchaser - no this still has the same issue. Worked on it for 4 hours last night. Samsung is terrible customer service too
